If handled with care, your tree can last up to one month*!
Please note: balloon trees require a closed vehicle for pick-up (i.e. no pick-up trucks or open-top vehicles as it will affect the integrity of your balloons on the way home.)

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please note: you may not change your tree colors less than one week prior to pick-up. Colors are not guaranteed on any new orders made within 48 hours of your scheduled pick-up. Due to the custom nature of these trees, your order cannot be exchanged or refunded within one week of pickup.
