Gear up for Football this Fall!

Whether you enjoy the game, the commercials, or the party - here are some ideas to make your football season exciting!

If you can’t make it to a game this season, host a watch party for your friends and family! Football ain’t fancy, and your watch party doesn’t have to be either. It is the perfect opportunity to get together and celebrate without all the planning stress. Some extra seating, a few bowls of chili and homemade dips, and you’re good to go. I have always loved this White Chicken Chili Recipe. Add some sour cream, crumbled chips, and a little bit of lime and you’ve got yourself a hit! Another one of our family favorites is Seven Layer Dip. It can’t get easier than this, and goodness, it is delicious! Last but definitely not least, this Crack Dip (pardon the name) is guaranteed to be the most addicting thing you serve. It is mouth watering and you will be passing out this recipe left and right. These dishes are easy to make ahead and bring with you to a tailgate as well.

Remind your friends who’s boss - it’s just a little friendly rivalry, right? But you can still deck out your space in your favorite team’s colors by adding a grab & go balloon garland over your door. Not feeling competitive? No problem! We can make a “dueling teams” garland that incorporates BOTH team’s colors so no one feels left out! One of my favorite collegiate installs was this gorgeous ASU balloon wall. It was a backdrop hit and provided the cutest photo opportunity for the event. Plus, it helped cheer on a win - what could be better?! Make sure to give us a call to bring that same good luck to your watch party this season.

One way to keep your fans entertained is to make a football bingo card. We like this one from Bingo Besties to keep even the least interested watchers engaged. It is easy to set up and will keep you intrigued throughout the game. When all else fails, break out those yard games and add an extra activity if the game is too slow!

Regardless of which team you are celebrating this fall, the best part is getting together to enjoy with your loved ones! We hope you are able to use some of these tips to make your gameday a win.

Happy footballing, and Go Cards!
